Terms of Service

AirDrop Arena Bot · Effective 21 October 2026
Short version: the bot is a free hobby project. Use it fairly and follow Discord's rules. It can moderate automatically: posting in a spam-trap channel gets you timed out. The AI can be wrong. The bot comes "as is", with no guarantees. The full terms below are what count.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Discord bot AirDrop Arena Bot (the "Bot") and its website (the "Website"), together the "Service". The Service is run by an individual developer in Denmark, called "we" or "the operator" below.

You accept these Terms by using the Bot, being in a Discord server where it is installed, using its commands or buttons, or visiting the Website. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Server owners can remove the Bot at any time.

These Terms apply alongside Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Service handles.

2. Who can use the bot

You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country and be allowed to use Discord under its terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms.

3. What the bot does

Depending on how a server has set it up, the Bot can:

Features vary per server, and we can add, change or remove them at any time.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

If you break these rules, we and server staff may limit or block your use of the Service and reset your XP or stats. We may also report the behaviour to Discord.

5. Automatic moderation

Some servers have a spam-trap channel clearly marked as "do not type here". Any message posted there is treated as spam from a hacked account or bot. It is deleted automatically, and the author is timed out, or temporarily banned if the server chose that, for the time shown in the channel. The Bot may also delete messages that the author sent in the server shortly before. You may get a direct message explaining what happened.

Staff can use the Bot's moderation commands, and their actions are logged in the server. Decisions about your membership in a server are made by that server's staff, not by the operator. Appeals go to the server's staff, for example through the ticket system.

6. AI answers

The AI assistant generates answers automatically with a third-party AI model (see the Privacy Policy). Its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Do not send passwords, personal secrets or other sensitive information to the AI. You are responsible for how you use its answers.

The server owner can ask the AI to take moderation actions. Those always need a manual confirmation by the owner before anything happens.

7. The website

The public part of the Website shows server statistics, leaderboards and achievement rankings, including the display names, usernames and profile pictures of ranked members. The admin and owner panels are only for people who have been given the passwords. Do not share those passwords or try to get around the login.

8. Server owners and staff

If you add the Bot to a server or configure it, you are responsible for:

9. Availability and changes

The Service is a free hobby project. We do not promise that it will always be online, error-free or available in its current form. It can go down for maintenance, updates, hosting problems or other reasons, without notice. Data such as XP or stats can be lost or reset, although we try to prevent that.

10. Removal and termination

Server owners can remove the Bot at any time. We may stop providing the Service, in a server or entirely, at any time. We may also block any user or server that breaks these Terms. Users can ask for their data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost XP or stats, moderation actions taken by the Bot or by staff, or anything caused by AI answers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes go to the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country give you other rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms? Open a support ticket in a server where the Bot is installed, or contact the bot owner, Larsenator, on Discord.
